Analog to digital. Flatbed editing to Avid/1. SD to HD—and now to 3D. Final Cut Pro to Final Cut Studio and back to Final Cut Pro X. Where are we? Where have we come from? Where are we going? Each has been met with uncertainty, but ultimately led way to the industry’s next paradigm shift. In this special Tekserve event, presented by Evan Schechtman of @radical.media and Outpost Digital, and co-sponsored by Manhattan Edit Workshop, we took a look at the history of digital video editing—with a particular focus on Apple’s Final Cut Pro X, and how this just-released software sets the foundation for the industry’s next big revolution. ——— Tekserve finesses advanced audio and video workflows, networks, and storage solutions. This is NOT a complete project nor is this the final soundtrack that will be used and here for ONLY educational purposes! Put this together in a few hours… Painful hours… Crashes and etc. Wanted to show what type of different effects are possible in the FREE add-ons with Pinnacle Studio 14 Ultimate. Kinda cool but very difficult to work with (Adobe After Affects it is NOT). Had several crashes and tried one Particle effect that should of really taxed my cpu, but… NO… Not sure if the software really uses all the CPU processing it has available. I have a brand new SONY VPCF126FM laptop with a NVIDIDA video card and running on a intel i7 core processer. The 1080p/30 mpeg2 rendering ran for 9.5 hours and I finally had to stop the rendering. While it was rendering, my processor(s) was running very low. Ok, so I have LOTS of questions for Pinnacle but here are a few of the effects I put together for your viewing pleasure using this very inexpensive video non-linear software. Despite the work-arounds I am still impressed with this little program that I bought for 0.00 to just transfer some of my old family VHS or SVHS to digital. I will have more to share on this later. Thanks for watching

Yes, I WAS bored. No, I’m not trying to “prove” anything – that this is what I’m “capable of”. I just thought I’d upload my music as a video here, to YouTube. I’m not the one who spread it around to Digg or random blogs, – I uploaded it here at YouTube some time back in December 2007 and it has only just “taken off”, after all. EDIT 2: I’m making the IT file be available now too, don’t really mind any more. I guess I’m too busy working on new things (not mod music) to worry about the ‘old’ ones. :P ごめん、翻訳はにくいけど、これからITファイルをダウンロードできるです。 www.megaupload.com 638 KB, as ZIP EDIT 1: There’s an extended version – please look at the end of this description text! 拡張版があります。このテキストの最後を見てください!
